M.V.Lomonosov Gold Medal of RAS

By the Decree of the RAS Presidium from February 27, 2018 Academician Yu.Ts.Oganessian was awarded Lomonosov Gold Medal of RAS 2017 for fundamental research of compound nuclei interaction and experimental verification of existence of the “islands of stability” of superheavy nuclei. It’s Academy’s highest accolade.
