Studies in recent years have shown that boron carbide compounds have become an important topic due to its good thermal conductivity, thermal resistance, and high melting point. Moreover, they play an important role in nuclear applications such as involving neutron-absorbing materials and the structure of neutron detectors. In the present abstract, boron compounds sample by using neutron, gamma, electron and swift heavy ion irradiation. Neutron and swift heavy ion irradiation of the samples was carried at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, Dubna, Russia, was used. The unirradiation and after neutron irradiation the thermal kinetics and parameters changes with a differential mechanism. In the DSC curves at the low temperature for unirradiation and irradiation samples does not change. However, at the 100≤T≤1200 K temperature range widely exo effects showed oxidation reaction. Under neutron irradiation mechanism of oxidation dependence of irradiation doses and Wigner enthalpy. The heat flow rate kinetics, specific heat capacity, thermodynamic function, degree of oxidation is a more completed. The unirradiation and irradiation the thermodynamics kinetics of samples at the low temperature changes with a differential mechanism.
