FLNR ACCELERATOR COMPLEXES
    DC-60

    DC-60 cyclotron may be used for atomic physics research as well as for industrial application:
    - production of track membranes of 106-3·10 9 cm-2 pore density and 5 mcm to 0.05 mcm cylinder pore diameter
    - creation of new types of membranes for science, medicine and biology
    - creation of metal nanostructures such as nanowires, submicron tubes
    - superficial implantation
    - synthesis of nanomillimeter cluster structures.

    Accelerator complex structure:
    - DC-60 cyclotron
    - ECR ion source
    - Axial injection system
    - Low energy ion beam line (source beams)
    - 3 accelerated ion beam lines
    - processing equipment

    U400

    High-frequency accelerating system consists of two quarter-wave-length coaxial resonators united in the center of the cyclotron. Cyclotron resonance system is fed by one high-frequency generator.
